Before the evening properly begins, gather in the Drawing Room and Cloisters Bar for pre-dinner drinks and elegant canapés, accompanied by the effortlessly brilliant Julie Lewis at the piano. Expect a mix of jazz, classical favourites, and perhaps a cheeky nod to Cole Porter. It’s that kind of evening.

At 8:00 p.m., take your seat for a five-course Gala Dinner crafted by Head Chef Stephan Guinebault and his talented team. This isn’t just dinner—it’s theatre on a plate, a love letter to the season, and a fitting finale to the year that was.

Throughout the evening, prepare to be delighted by close-up table magic—a little mischief, a little mystery, and just enough wonder to make you question the laws of physics.

As the clock nears midnight, we gather for the final toast of the year—bubbles in hand, hearts full, and eyes bright with the promise of what's to come.
