We booked a boathouse suite, Heron, which is located on the river. Large room with a separate seating and dining area facing the river and a bedroom facing the church. Decor in keeping with the historic nature of the hotel: wood panels, bare stone walls. Very comfortable large bed, fridge, kettle, Nespresso, mugs. Lots of plug sockets although WiFi poor.The bathroom was in the middle of the two rooms: tiled walls and floor, powerful shower over a large whirlpool tub, Molton Brown toiletries.Housekeeping were excellent: they replenished everything after the first night and did really good
