✨ Pig Trotter & Morel Mushroom Croquettes – purple potato & gribiche sauce
✨ Roasted Guinea Fowl Breast with Braised Leg Ravioli – boulangère potato, glazed carrots, wild mushroom & tarragon cream
✨ Rack of Lamb with Mint & Mustard Crust – truffle pomme anna, charred rhubarb & celery, Roscoff onion soubise, lamb & olive oil jus 
The whole evening was a wonderful experience, with gorgeous garden views through the surrounding glass windows 🌳
