Before the celebrations begin, enjoy pre-dinner drinks and exquisite canapés in the elegant Drawing Room and Cloisters Bar, accompanied by the delightful melodies of our resident pianist, Julie Lewis, performing a mix of jazz and classical favourites. At 8:00 p.m., you’ll be seated to indulge in our decadent 5-Course Gala Dinner, crafted to perfection by Head Chef Stephan Guinebault and his talented team.
